Who Stays, Who Leaves?

A retention & engagement analytics story for a global Neo-Bank! Using Google Big Query and Looker Studio, we analyzed 16 months of data to find out what makes a user stay as a client on a global Neo-Bank, and what makes the user leave. Predictions, patterns, segmentation, everything you can think of :) CHURN and retentions are things that every company needs to be aware of, we hope this project shows one of the many ways to look into this problem.
