Kokai Soundworks is a band management platform that solves the chaos of running a band. The core problem: important decisions about gigs, rehearsals, and tasks get buried in endless LINE group chats -members constantly ask "when's the next show?" or "who's doing the flyer?" because information gets lost.
The flagship feature is an AI-powered LINE bot that lives in your band's group chat. It silently monitors conversations, and when triggered, uses Claude AI to analyse recent messages and automatically generate calendar events and tasks from natural conversation (e.g., "let's rehearse Saturday" → calendar event created). It understands context, tracks who volunteered for what, and works in both Japanese and English.
Beyond the bot, the platform includes a band dashboard with kanban task management, a musician-finding feature for last-minute fill-ins, Stripe-powered crowdfunding for fan-funded gigs, and a contest system with anti-gaming mechanics to drive engagement.
