Analysing KPIs represeting Funnel Stages for an E-Com Shop
Our project used a data set of a Spanish E-Commerce shop to draw further information in the form of KPIs about the low conversion rate. The approach consisted of using a funnel and linking KPIs to each of the three stages. The overview of the results was shown with a dashboard in LookerStudio and analysing the data for each KPI. The last step included comprehensive business advice on how to improve the low conversion rate.
