The SIAS system serves as an aid for rescue teams, from the creation of a new emergency by the operator to guiding the rescuer to the emergency site. It also leverages artificial intelligence to classify emergencies and better prepare rescue teams.
We built it in Ruby on Rails, using external APIs from OpenAI and Mapbox. The next steps would be to add direct contact with hospitals and introduce new modules for police and firefighting.
