Understand customer behaviour through data reporting
Report revealing the results of an analysis on the data of a renowned neobank, to detect patterns and create segments out of its customer base.
This aims at better targeting existing clients via marketing campaigns to increase their engagement and transactions on the platform.Starting from 4 raw tables, we loaded the data in BigQuery and transformed it using SQL through a cleaning and modelling process.
We also did an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Python in a Jupyter Notebook, to get a sense of the data and its limits.
Then, we build the final models with dbt and loaded them to Looker Studio to represent our findings in various charts.
